just got back from taking a nice long walk with krispin, 2 sisters and a cousin. yet another close-to-80-degree day in philly. doesn't get any more perfect than that. for the last couple of days we have also enjoyed a visit from a much beloved aunt from california. she is out here to attend her 50th anniversary high school reunion (how do you really say that?). i can hardly fathom going to my 50th. i have actually yet been to one - even though my 20th just passed a couple of years ago. that freaks me out a tad. my aunt, however, was really looking forward to seeing her old classmates. she went to boarding school for high school, so i'm sure that her high school ties are much closer than mine. i'm in touch with no one from high school any more - and really, not too many people from college, either. i guess life does go on.
